Memorandum


West Virginia Board of Education Policy 2422.7 actually addresses this bill. The bill will have no financial impact on State Government. The Office of Student Support and Well-Being will provide technical assistance for county boards if needed. The Epilepsy Foundation has trainging modules available for the requirements stated in the bill. The school nurse will also provide training for staff.
