Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
The average salary for the HHR Specialist Senior is $43,181 making the total personal services $129,543 ($43,181*3) and employee benefits $14,250 (43,181*33%) totaling $172,294.
Memorandum
The Department would need to determine where the calls would be funneling in from to report the food insecurity.
These positions would be housed in the Office of Client Services.
