This legislation, in its current form, does not have any fiscal impact on the WVDE because additional duties of the Superintendent, or designee, would be absorbed utilizing existing staff and resources.
Memorandum
Please note that this legislation does not specify the time nor the potential cost for County boards of education to provide the staff located in the pilot school’s professional development by the identified public higher education teaching institution regarding assistance, development, and implementation of the required detailed Comprehensive Education Reform Plan established by the provisions of this legislation.
