If the West Virginia Parole Board is to consist of a total of 13 members for FY2024, this will increase FTE, salary, and employee benefits for the Parole Board. No additional operating expense needed. Increase in FTE: 4 Increase in Salary Expense: $220,000 Increase in Employee Benefits expense: $88,000
