Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
The addition of this program would require adding one FTE staff member with an estimated salary of $60,000 plus benefits and ongoing costs in current expenses to include travel, supplies, user fees, etc. Additional costs in the first year would include computer and phone equipment and office supplies.
Memorandum
The WVDED would suggest this may be better suited for the Tax Division since it deals with tax credits.
