The WVDE estimates the This cost for implementing the requirements of this bill is approximately $110,000 to hire a coordinator at WVDE to implement and monitor the program. The cost calculation is as follows:
- Coordinator Salary = $81,199.00 - $88,199.00
- Benefits = $30,000.00 (approximately)
