Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
The purpose of this bill is to authorize the commissioner to promulgate a legislative rule related to developing a driver’s license permit process for parolees under supervision by the West Virginia Division of Corrections and parole services.
The agency does not expect a fiscal impact from this legislation as the agency already has rules governing the issuance of Driver’s licenses and the proposed legislation does not mandate different rules than the existing rules.
