Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
Upon review of the HCR20 that was attached with this fiscal note request, I cannot determine any identifiable cost associated with the implementation of the provisions contained within. The resolution calls for the establishment of the Appalachian Dialect Act and that this dialect be added to the Departmental, Statistical and General Information section of the state Blue Book between pages 1050 and 1051.The addition and inclusion of this into the Blue Book would occur along with any other necessary revisions or additions for the next edition and any additional cost associated with this inclusion would likely be de minimis in terms of additional cost.
