Summarize in a clear and concise manner what impact this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government. HB 3347 would extend the Upper Kanawha Valley Resiliency and Revitalization Program to June 30, 2028, and to add the mayors of the municipalities of Gauley Bridge, Handley, East Bank, Chesapeake, Marmet, Glasgow, Cedar Grove, and Belle to the membership of the Upper Kanawha Valley Resiliency and Revitalization Council (Revitalization Council). The Revitalization Council is coordinated by the West Virginia Department of Economic Development. The Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Economic Development is the chair of the Revitalization Council. HB 3347 would have no fiscal impact on the West Virginia Economic Development Authority.
