The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation Section, operates the Greenbrier River Trail for the purposes of recreational pursuits including hiking and biking. The Division, through common practice, acknowledges and does not prohibit access to the trail by those with a disability and who requires the use of a mobility device for sole occupancy by the disabled person, electrically powered, and not designed or licensed to be operated on a road or highway.
