House Bill 3534, if enacted, would prohibit an insurer from imposing a copayment for services rendered from various providers from being more than a copayment imposed for services from a primary care physician or an osteopathic physician. HB 3534 will have no fiscal impact on the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner.

HB 3534 will have no fiscal impact on the revenues, expenses or operations of the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner.
