Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):
The cost for this legislation is in support of the IHE developing the program and the monitoring and reporting requirements. Currently WVDE provides some funding to WVU to build and develop these programs. This legislation would expand upon it.
Memorandum
A similar graduate-level program is offered by WVU. It is currently going through the accreditation process.
