Summarize in a clear and concise manner what impact this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
This fiscal note on HB 3464 is intended to amend and replace that certain fiscal note on the same bill dated February 15, 2023 and submitted at 11:36 am. Said fiscal note should state the following:
"HB 3464 essentially repeals a portion of HB 101, passed during the 2014 Legislative Session, and directed certain monies to the State Excess Lottery Fund to be earmarked for bond debt servicing. HB 3464 would result in a projected reduction of $3.6 million annually to the state excess lottery fund and debt servicing. While the reduction may not have a significant impact on the states bond rating, HB 3464 does reduce revenues pledged to bond debt servicing."
