Memorandum
Circuit courts already handle foreign judgments through the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act previously enacted and established in W.Va. Code 55-14-1 et. seq. Based upon the limited information provided in this legislation, it does not appear to have any obvious fiscal impact on the Judiciary.
