    We are unable to provide an estimated cost for the provisions required in the West Virginia Public Charter Schools Act of 2015 until the parameters are better defined. Additional information would be needed on the number of charter schools to be created, the anticipated enrollment at the charter schools and any class size limitations related to charter schools.
