Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):

    The proposed legislation will not have a fiscal impact on the Department because employees of the Department are not required to have commercial drivers licenses.


    If CDL's were to become required for people driving State vehicles, DEP might be required to pay for the proposed medical evaluations related to them.
