Memorandum
If enacted, SB 305 would add a supplemental appropriation to Fund 6152, the Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety, Fire Commission's budget appropriation for fiscal year 2017.
The proposed legislation would not impact the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner.
