Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
This bill's added flexibility will allow the Administrative Office of the Supreme Court of Appeals to streamline its educational programs for Mental Hygiene Commissioners and provide more variety and scope in these programs. Should the AO reduce the currently mandated three-day annual conference to a two-day conference, we would expect to save approximately $12,000 per year.
