The proposed legislation will not affect the states revenue; however, it will allow for cost savings through the elimination of the Director of IS&C position and reduction of the special revenue appropriated budget.

Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):


The proposed legislation would result in savings of $120,000 for the salary and benefits of the Director of IS&C position and $694,976 in reduced appropriated special revenue spending authority, because of OT adopting the IS&C budget.
