Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.


The Division of Labor received no General Revenue for FY2018. With the passage of Committee Substitute for HB4350, the Division of Labor will need $325,000 in General Revenue to comply with its mandated obligations. HB4350, by repealing the Regulation and Control of Bedding and Upholstery Businesses Act (47-1A), the Division will lose an estimated $325,000 in special revenue.
