The WV Department of Veteran's Assistance will need to retain the services of a professional architect for the purpose of researching the construction of a veteran’s nursing home in Summers County. The exact cost of those services is unknown at this time. The cost listed below is an estimate and may change significantly following a request for quotation. The Department plans to utilize current staff to carry out other tasks set forth in the bill.
