Memorandum
House Bill 4474, if enacted will have no fiscal impact on the revenues, expenses or operations of the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner.
HB 4474 , if enacted, would establish the regulatory framework for peer-to-peer car sharing programs. The regulatory duties required of the Insurance Commissioner are already within the current scope of the Commissioner's regulatory authority.
