Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.


Using our numbers from FY19 we had 228 temporary consumer retail sales locations, so if we decrease the fee from $500 to $300 that is a -$200 decrease in our revenue or -$45,600. Also, using our numbers from FY19 we had 53 permanent consumer retail sales locations, so if we decrease the fee from $1000 to $750 that is a -$250 decrease in our revenue or -$13,250. For a total decrease in revenue of -$58,850 to our agency.
