CHAPTER 5. GENERAL POWERS AND AUTHORITY OF THE GOVERNOR, SECRETARY OF STATE AND ATTORNEY GENERAL; BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS; MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES, COMMISSIONS, OFFICES, PROGRAMS, ETC.

ARTICLE 20. THE GOVERNOR\'S COMMISSION ON WILLOW ISLAND.

§5-20-8. Reports of the commission; termination of commission.

The commission shall submit any report or reports as to its findings and conclusions, along with any recommendations which it deems appropriate, to the Legislature and the Governor on or before July 1, 1980, after which date it shall cease its existence.
