§64-9-2. Board of Architects.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 26, 2016, authorized under the authority of section one, article twelve, chapter thirty of this code, modified by the Board of Architects to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 5, 2016, relating to the Board of Architects (registration of architects, http://apps.sos.wv.gov/adlaw/csr/rule.aspx?rule=2-01), is authorized with the following amendments:

On page one, subsection 1.5, by striking out the phrase “fifteen (15)” and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “ten (10)”.
