CHAPTER 39B. UNIFORM POWER OF ATTORNEY ACT.

ARTICLE 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

§39B-1-104. Power of attorney is durable.

A power of attorney created under this act is durable unless it expressly provides that it is terminated by the incapacity of the principal.
