A BILL to amend and reenact article 5, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Department of Health and Human Resources to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the certification of opioid overdose prevention and treatment training programs.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


That article 5, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

ARTICLE 5. Authorization for Department of Health and Human Resources to promulgate legislative rules.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 27, 2015, authorized under the authority of section four, article one, chapter sixteen, of this code, modified by the Department of Health and Human Resources to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 23, 2015, relating to the Department of Health and Human Resources (the certification of opioid overdose prevention and treatment training programs, 64 CSR 104), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Department of Health and Human Resources to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the Certification of Opiod Overdose Prevention and Treatment Training Programs.
