A BILL to amend and reenact article 3, chapter 64 of the Code of
West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the
Division of Energy to promulgate a legislative rule relating
to community development assessment and real property
valuation procedures for the Office of Coalfield Community
Development.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article 3, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931,
as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 3. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL
PROTECTION TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-3-1. Division of Energy.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
thirty-first day of July, two thousand nine, authorized under the
authority of section twelve, article two-a, chapter five-b, of this
code, modified by the Division of Energy to meet the objections of
the legislative rule-making review committee and refiled in the
state register on the fifteenth day of December, two thousand nine,
relating to the Division of Energy (community development
assessment and real property valuation procedures for the Office of
Coalfield Community Development, 207 CSR 1), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Division of
Energy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Community
Development Assessment and Real Property Valuation Procedures for
the Office of Coalfield Community Development.
