A BILL to repeal §17C-14-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to unattended motor vehicles; and penalty.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


§1.       Repeal of section relating to unattended motor vehicles and penalties.

§17C-14-1 of the Code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal §17C-14-1 relating to unattended motor vehicles; penalty.
