A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §18A-4-14a, relating to providing a free lunch to all employees in a school building.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated §18A-4-14a, to read as follows:

ARTICLE 4. SALARIES, WAGES AND OTHER BENEFITS.

§18A-4-14a. Free lunch for school employees.

All teachers, service personnel and any other person employed in a school shall be provided a lunch free of charge.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to provide a free lunch to all employees in a school.
