A BILL to authorize and empower the county commission of Mercer
County to appoint an emergency operations center board to
oversee the operation of the enhanced emergency telephone
system serving Mercer County.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER BOARD FOR MERCER COUNTY.
§1. Mercer County authorized to appoint an emergency operations
center board.
The county commission of Mercer County is hereby authorized
and empowered to appoint a board to be known as the "Emergency
Operations Center Board" with the power to oversee the operation of
the enhanced emergency telephone system serving Mercer County.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the county
commission of Mercer county to appoint an Emergency Operations
Center Board.
