            The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page twelve, section six, line fifty-five, after the word “and” by striking out the word “may” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “shall”;

            And,

            On page seven, section three, line thirty-one, following the word “treatment” by inserting the words “at a medical facility”.
