Delegates Byrd and Capito move to amend the bill on page 187, following the first line on the page that provides Glenville State College $500,000 from general revenue fund surplus, by inserting the following:

“58 – Division of Health –

Central Office

(WV Code Chapter 16)

Fund 0407 FY 2020 Org 0506

New Born Screening testing – Surplus ……………………….……………….. ####    200,000.00”

And,

                                By reconciling page 187, line 2, “Total Title II, Section 9 - Surplus Accrued” accordingly.
