Senator Trump moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

 Eng. Com. Sub. for Senate Bill 528—A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §21-5I-1, §21-5I-2, §21-5I-3, §21-5I-4, §21-5I-5, §21-5I-6, and §21-5I-7, all relating to the Uniform Worker Classification Act; and clarifying definition of “independent contractor”.
