            Delegate Hornbuckle moves to amend Com Sub for HB2012 on page 11, Section 6, line 19, following the words “of this code” by inserting a comma and the following: “or revoke a charter, if the authorizer finds that the charter school has substitutional non-compliance with the charter contract, and continuation of the charter school will expose students to substandard education, or create a health or safety concern for students attending the school”
