Senator Romano moved to amend the bill on page twenty, section ten, line seventy-six, after the word “funds.” by inserting the following: Additionally, the West Virginia State Board of Education retains its authority and powers pursuant to §18-2E-1, et. seq. of this code to ensure students are receiving a thorough and efficient education.
