            Delegate Rowe moves to amend the Com Sub for HB2013 on page 10, Section 2, line 15, by striking out the word “Is” and inserting in lieu thereof, the words “Has been” and on line 15, following the words “in this state” striking out the word ”at” and by inserting in lieu thereof, the words “at least one full semester immediately prior to”.
