Senator Rucker moved to amend the Judiciary Committee amendment to the bill on page three, section eight, lines four through six, by striking out the proviso and inserting in lieu thereof a new proviso to read as follows:  “Provided, That visitation permitted by any healthcare entity may not be inconsistent with any applicable federal law or rule then in effect for the same emergency.”
