Delegate Capito moves to amend the bill on page seven, section (a), line fifty-eight, after the word "employees;" by striking the word "or";

AND

on page seven, section (a), line sixty, after the word "the;" by striking the word "services" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "services; or";

AND

on page seven, section (a), line sixty, after the word "or " by inserting a new subsection to read as follows:

"(J)  The person satisfies the definition of a direct seller under  Section 3508(b)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986."
