Senator Stollings moved to amend the bill on page three, section three, lines seventeen and eighteen, by striking out the words “a combined city-county health department created pursuant to §16-2-1 et seq. of this code”; and

On page three, section three, line twenty-one, after the word “hospitals”, by inserting the words “and local health departments”.
