The Delegate Evans moves to amend the bill on page 3, section 5, on line 20, after the semicolon by striking the word “and”;

On page 3, section 5, on line 22, after the word “article” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and the word “and”;

And,

On page 3, section 5, after line 22, by inserting a new subdivision (5) to read as follows:

“(5) Promulgate rules necessary to ensure proper site reclamation after the drilling of a well is complete and proper plugging and site reclamation after a well ceases to be used.”
