The Committee on Energy and Manufacturing moves to amend the bill on page 1, section 2, on line 3, after the word “volumetric” and before the word “rate” by inserting the word “flow”;

On page 2, section 5, on line 13, after the word “volumetric” and before the word “rate” by inserting the word “flow”;

On page 2, section 5, on line 15, after the word “volumetric” and before the word “rate” by inserting the word “flow”;

On page 3, section 5, on line 18, after the word “volumetric” and before the word “rate” by inserting the word “flow”;

On page 3, section 5, on line 19, after the word “volumetric” and before the word “rate” by inserting the word “flow”.

On page 3, section 5, on line 20, after the semicolon by striking the word “and”;

On page 3, section 5, on line 22, after the word “article” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and the word “and”;

And,

On page 3, section 5, after line 22, by inserting a new subdivision (5) to read as follows:

“(5) Promulgate rules necessary to ensure proper site reclamation after the drilling of a well is complete and proper plugging and site reclamation after a well ceases to be used.”
