The Committee on Energy and Manufacturing moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 4488 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §22-11-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to coal mining operations, permitting, and fees paid to the Department of Environmental Protection; increasing certain defined fees for permitting actions; and establishing and defining certain new fees for permitting actions.”
