               Delegate Young moves to amend HB4502 on page 21, section 16, lin3 40, by striking out the word “and” and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

               “(10) Whether the proposed project demonstrates that the project will meet the immediate future needs of the area; and”

               And,

               To renumber the subsequent sentence accordingly.
