The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 4a, line 26,

by inserting “distributee and” after the word ‘each’; and, on page 4, section 4a, line 28 by inserting “distributee and” after the word ‘any’;

And,

             On page 9, section 9, line 9 by striking “II” and inserting “I” in lieu thereof; and,

on page 9, section 9, line 11, by striking the word “first”.
