A BILL to amend and reenact §16-5T-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the Office of Drug Control Policy; appointing director; setting forth qualifications; permitting the director to report to the director; requiring the director to cooperate with other agencies; and setting forth requirements of the office.
