Delegate Street moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 5B-1A-5, line 9, after the word “use” by striking the period and substituting a colon and inserting the following proviso:

“Provided, That for the purposes of this article, electric bicycles, also known as “E-Bikes” shall be considered nonmotorized recreational vehicles.”
