Senator Tarr moved to amend the bill on page 7, section 7, line 5, after the word “code.” by inserting the following: Until such time as the Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection’s rules are promulgated pursuant to this section, West Virginia Rule §64 CSR 49 regarding the Drinking Water Treatment Revolving Fund shall remain effective.
