Eng. House Bill 4434—A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §1-8-1, relating to prohibiting state agencies and political subdivision from restricting use or sale of motor vehicles based on power source; providing exceptions; and defining terms.
