The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill on page 2, subsection (5), line 18, after the words "local school board" by inserting the following: "or public charter school";

And on page 2, subsection (e), line 35, by striking out the words "crime involving a";

And on page 2, subsection (2), line 37, by striking the words "A crime" and inserting in lieu thereof "Any action or potential crime";

And on page 3, subsection (f), line 40, by striking the word "school" and inserting in lieu thereof "school";

And on page 5, line 46, by striking the word "students" and inserting in lieu thereof "any individual"
